These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cerene platform and the Aridel school management application, operated by INM Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of Services
You may use Cerene and Aridel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. School administrators are responsible for managing user access within their institution's Aridel account and for ensuring that data entered is lawfully collected and shared.
3. School Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Aridel platform, including student records, assessment data, and financial records. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not access it except as necessary to provide, maintain, or improve the service, or as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to store or transmit unlawful or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws
5. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice where possible.
6. Fees and Payment
Certain features of Cerene and Aridel may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the use of services at any time. Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, INM Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, Nigeria.
